General Working at Height
To provide the delegate with a comprehensive understanding of safe working at height. Have knowledge and understanding of key legislation and risk assessments involved with working at height in a variety of environments, utilising a wide range of fall protection equipment.

Confined Space Awareness
The basic confined space training is typically a half day theory based course for personnel who would need an overview of safe working in confined spaces. Other variations of the course are:
- Safe Entry into Confined Spaces with safe use of Escape breathing apparatus
- Safe Entry into Confined Spaces with working Breathing Apparatus & Rescue
- Safe Entry into Confined Spaces with Emergency Response First Aid
Fire Extinguisher Training
Our objective for fire extinguisher training is to ensure that the persons trained understand not just how to operate a fire extinguisher but to also understand how the extinguishing media achieves this.

A 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW), 1 day Emergency Response FAW, De-Fib awareness, Oxygen Therapy.
